Butternut Squash Soup
There are loads of different recipes you can try with your squash. This is a simple soup, perfect given the autumnal days. Use whichever squash you have to hand - I used a butternut squash on this occasion. You can give your soup a bit of a lift by adding some crispy lardons and sage. Easy to keep it vegetarian though, just dispense with the lardons.
